A lifelong competitive dancer and former collegiate dance team leader at James Madison University, my passion for movement naturally evolved into teaching fitness. Barre allows me to combine the discipline, precision, and musicality of dance with strength-based training that challenges both body and mind.
Now teaching at a local studio, I strive to create empowering, high-energy classes where clients are encouraged to recognize their strength, push their limits, and feel confident in every movement. At its core, barre is about unlocking your body’s potential and finding support, motivation, and connection through community.
